is there a way to hide the tooltips abilities popping right above the action bar ?

✭✭✭✭✭Azurah addon lets you move UI elements around, but I don't know if that includes tooltips (I don't use it, I just know people who do). There are other UI addons but I don't use any of those; you could look through the Minion UI section.______________________________________________________
