I want to play your game...I really do..
..but I cannot get past the email code boss.
I have just come back from an absence and decided I wanted to pick the game up again. Necron looks cool. But the system refuses to send me a validation code to log into the game. I have followed the steps to troubleshoot
1. Made sure ESO64 is allowed through firewall.
2. None of the ports are blocked
3. I even reset my email address, which worked two days ago and I was able to get in however today ...boom same issue.
4. Changed email back to my original email address...still cannot get a verification code sent to me.
What else can I do? I put in a ticket when this happened originally 2-3 days ago...got a form email telling me to do the steps above, that I have already done. I have the customer reference number if you need it.
I was about to buy an annual sub too but....now I am not sure.
Can anyone please help me with this issue so I can play your game AND give you money?
