NEW PVP Zone:

Daedric Gates
A PVP realm for 72 players

The 3 factions have entered gates to the realm of Oblivion. Now they must explore, fight and discover the secrets that it holds dear

(If any of you experienced the awesomeness of Alterac Valley in the Old school WoW days...this is the feel i want)

Size of map: About the size of the AD section of cyrodiil
Map Layout: A circle
Terrain Type: Magma, darkened rocks, war zone feel, Daedric terrain.

Number of factions: 3
Players per faction: 24
How do you get there?: You queue as a group with 24 players and then the system sorts you into a shard with 1 AD group and 1 EP group.

Objectives:
-Fight Daedra NPC's
-Fight enemy players
-Fight over control of powerful daedric artifacts. Whoever holds them the longest wins
- Use special Battleground only materials to upgrade your outposts/guards/soldiers
- Send out waves of infantry to attack the other bases

Quests:
Loot player bodies for quest items!
- New PVP kill quests that award experience and AP:
- Collect 24 Dominion Signets
- collect 24 Daggerfall Belts
- Collect 24 Pact Sashes
- and more!

New titles:
50 Battleground wins: Daedric Destroyer
25 Battleground wins: The Dedicated

Daedric Enemies:
There is a Deadric fortification with an artifact inside. It is an outdoor dungeon with mobs and mini bosses.

New Siege Engine:
The siege ladder
1 time use, costs 3000 AP can scale walls and has a cooldown of 5 minutes until you can put another one down.

Spawn points:
If your Outpost falls and its NPC commander(Raid boss with loot) is defeated, you spawn back at the oblivion portal that your faction came through



PVP Level scaling:
There are 4 brackets that you select from as your group queues for the BG
-level 10-49 bracket: Scaled to VR1
-VR1-9 Bracket
-VR10+ bracket
-All Inclusive 10-VR10 Bracket

Chat rulesets:
Cross faction communication is disabled

I feel like Cyrodiil gets too zergy at times and I prefer small scale tactical combat.

I am sure there are better BG ideas out there, but I thought i'd post my two cents. This BG is larger than some 1v1-10v10 arenas, and is just the right size for some good ol small scale tactical combat situations.
