Concealed weapon - carry over on bar swap?

I plan to run cloak and concealed weapon on my utility back bar only. Does the damage buff from concealed carry over on bar swap for the duration (think its 5 seconds) after existing invis?

I get that the speed buff won't apply on front bar.

    Yes it carries over. It should because it is considered as a five second buff. Similar to Berserker enchant.

    It carries over to the damage bar.
    But you habe to be on the utility bar to proc the buff.
    This is why I would run concealed weapon on the frontbar. Barswapping can be a problem with higher lag.
