Login code sent to my email

I got an email in another language from ESO sending me a login code that wasn't me trying to login to my account.
What should I do? I never sent anyone my username or played in a few months. My password was changed a while back as well so not sure how someone can try to get in.
I tried translating and Google says its Russian language.
