The 2022 dungeons have shown the greatest difficulty so far IMO:

• Coral Aerie - difficulty through mechanical overlap and high mobility, forcing you to be watching your feet constantly whilst minding your health from mandatory DoT damage and making sure your positioning doesn't get others killed
• Shipwright's Regret - a very tough first boss HM that forces positioning discipline and being able to coordinate with your team to survive bombs. Last boss still hits pretty hard and has constant add and floor management
• Graven Deep - probably the easiest of the four, but the last boss can still be pretty challenging and has also introduced the concept of your team class composition being what will kill you - certain classes make this fight much easier than others
• Earthern Root Enclave - another very tough first boss HM with a huge heal and positioning check, and mobility/positioning throughout

I took up tanking recently in order to try and get the Kjalnar's Nightmare style page more efficiently (queuing as tank = faster queue times), and the Unhallowed Grave HM is one of the ones I don't think many people clock on to as almost all of the extra difficulty is focused on the tank - all of his attacks that could be shrugged off now require critical thinking as to whether you can survive them or not, coupled with the health required to tank an untelegraphed, instantaneous attack that deals 44k damage.

Dread Cellar in particular has another tough first boss HM, in part because it forces the DPS to watch their damage and making sure they're killing the adds that spawn, and getting the Agonymium stones down in time.
