Guild Invite Error

Am currently in two guilds (the only two I have been in at all) and trying to join a third. Submitted the application and got this error message.
Was in one of my properties at the time.
Am on the EU megaserver on PC.
Am not using any add-ons and have never used any previously so not anything connected to that.
