grayhost lock changed after u36

Since u36 arrived on xbox, I've been unable to enter greyhost on my AD characters, even though last campaign was locked to AD, and I just received end of campaign rewards on an AD character. Since that campaign ended yesterday, it now says that it is locked to DC characters though I have not entered it on DC for several campaigns now.
I have filed a couple of bug reports about this in game with no email confirmation or acknowledgement.

ZOS_BilladminAfter the update, you may be getting a campaign locked message for Gray Host. This is caused by having multiple characters from different alliances assigned to Gray Host. Our FAQ below goes over how to enter this campaign.
