I have been trying to find these leads. I have been to most all the locations but all I see is a patch of green bubbles where the lead is suppose to be a broom stick or pitcher etc.... no way of interacting with it.
Was there something I needed to do before starting to look for these items to start it?

I see the sparkles even though I have collected all the leads.
If you are looking for another station, Once you have made the first, more can be bought for Gold at the Acheivement Furnisher in Gonfalon.0 -
