Master Angler Question - Cyrodiil Ocean Fish

So, I've been plugging away at this achievement for a long, long time. I have 6 fish left to find, and 3 are in Cyrodiil. The problem is that they are ocean fish, and prior to Update 20, there were only 2 ocean nodes on the entire map, and they were almost next to each other just north of Bravil. Now, according to the Update 20 patch notes, this is whats up, though the info is somewhat vague.

"Added new fishing locations near Bravil and Niben Bay, and the fishing locations on the north side of Bravil have been moved."

My question is has anyone actually seen any ocean nodes in this region, and if so, do they spawn normally? Are they fairly easy to find? I parked my toon in the old location for a SOLID month in late 2017 and never found a single ocean fish beyond the base white ones. It sucked!

The toon that is getting this achievement is DC, so obviously going to Cyrodiil and going all the way down to that area to get these fish is not going to be fun. I don't do PVP.

Found only one so far. Spawns fairly quickly but stays a pain in the ass. The other spot I cannot reach because of the slaughterfish. Didn't find more spots though.

I have an EP character that started to get the achievement... until I found out about this. Maybe I'll check if the 'Niben Bay' a bit more north of Bravil actually has ocean spots now.

I haven't fished there in quite some time but there was one right near the road that came out of the AD gate. Not sure if it's still there or not.

Thanks for the updates, folks. I guess I'm going to have to head there and park my character for a few days. Good thing I got other toons to play with in the meanwhile.

Also, if I learn anything new, I'll let you all know. And eventually, I'll a screenshot of the map, assuming I find nodes outside where the 2 old nodes were.

I updated another post I made about fishing in Cryodil, but wanted to post here as well...

3 total seawater nodes now in the EP territory. Got my very last fish while farming a node with an EP player, who had no problem with me being there. Told the player I got my last fish, they cheered for me, and I went on my way.

Sorry about the lack of a map, but the entire achievement made me not ever want to fish again.

With account wide achievements, does fishing progress work with other chars now?

yes, all fishing achievement are acct wide
