When I was level 13(I'm 16 now)I found a little dungeon with level 11 mobs and I got my first blue drop there. As a matter of fact I got a few blue drops(armor, weapons, and jewelry)there off of regular mobs over the course of that level. As soon as I hit 14 or 15 the drops all but stopped. I don't even think I got greens anymore. So I searched for another area with mobs a level or two below my own. I found a few but not one blue drop since.

My question is, did I happen to find a spot out of the ordinary where better items drop? Or are there certain mobs that tend to drop these items over others. Also does level range have an effect? It appears that it does in my case.
