Getting pulled while blocking?

When playing in Cyrodiil, i am getting pulled by dark convergence or something else while i am blocking, and i was wondering how and why this can happen. Can someone please explain this to me? Thank you.

    It's probably Rush of Agony, which also AoE pulls targets, and has no proc animation, and doesn't proc CC immunity. Lots of groups use this set in conjunction with DCon, or to replace it.

    Can it pull me while i am holding block?

    Last update implemented blocking bug in game. ZOS wasn't able to address this "game breaking bug" yet, so we will have to suffer it whole month.
    PvP - Recruit.
    PvE - Dragon food
    RPG - A guy who thought, that he can defeat daedric prince, yet guards still chase him off when he accidentally touches some object during daily writs.

    Yup. Totally unacceptable response from the company on this. But that shouldn't really be surprising. Their core competencies are bug introductions and unacceptable responses.
