Mouse pan stutters now since the update and "patches"

So, now since the latest update when I mouse pan/look/move I get stutters as I move around...of course I'll get the suggestions to do this and do that but I had no such problem before the update and I have tried all sorts of graphical changes with no effect. Its always something every update, I just know to expect it...Just wondering if anyone else is having the same sort of issue and if so knows how to fix it...thanks.

The mouse stutter issues you are experiencing could be the result of your current mouse settings. Disabling pointer precision may help improve the situation. You can do so by following the steps below.

Go to Control Panel.
Check under Hardware and Sound.
Select Mouse.
Go to the Pointer Options tab.
Uncheck the box labeled "Enhance pointer precision."

thank you for the information, but I do already have that unchecked...the problem I'm having comes and goes now. Since the latest patches I get the stuttering probably about 50% of the time now with no changes made on my part.

Do you have a second mouse you could try testing if the stutter persists?
