The Archdruid Devyric monster set misses targets above and below the player. This makes it very unreliable.
Place training dummy at bottom of steps.
Heavy attack to proc the monster set.
Archdruid Devyric proc does not hit target. Major Vulnerability not applied.

✭✭✭I'm still able to reproduce this bug in Update 36 v8.2.5 Firesong DLC.- Place a training dummy slightly above or below your character
- Heavy attack
- Archdruid Devyric proc activates but doesn't apply Major Vulnerability
