Unable to Preview Items

I'm on PC and am unable to preview Crown Store & Endeavour items. I also can't preview furnishings from the craft stations or NPC's. There simply is no option showing for me to do so and clicking the usual key ('R' I think it was? Or maybe 'T'? Can't remember but neither works)
All my add-ons are turned off.
Has this happened to anyone else?

    This was happening to me and I found out it was because I was morphed from clicking the pot that the event whistle would leave. Obviously the events over so unless the conversion was still on the character it doesnt apply to your issue. Im not sure if the event ending clears the exp buff and morphed appearance or if the durations of those continue until they time out.

    This could be it as I think I was morphed at the time. When I get in game next I'll check this out and report back. Hopefully that's all it is as it's annoying not being able to preview the furnishings.

    I've just checked and it turns out it was because I was morphed. The issue has fixed itself now the timer has run out.
    I would never have thought that being morphed was the issue so thanks once again! :)
