I'm trying to think of what sort of bathing motion might be misconstrued as a lap dance, but I'm not sure it's applicable here. When you bath, you usually focus on scrubbing your own body, not somebody else's, lol. And i think that one khajiit in Rimmen bathing himself isn't doing it in an lascivious or crude way....It just looks like he's taking a bath.
I understand your concerns, but we already have an ERP community (I've been in regular RP circles, and have heard about them so I know they exist). I think in most games, things like that are just going to pop up regardless of how hard the devs might try to circumvent it.
The good news is that the ESO ERP community seems to keep to themselves. I don't think I've ever walked into a random inn room and found them playing out something shady, and if I hadn't been in regular RP circles I don't even think I'd know they existed in the first place...
Well - to scrab other characters body can be nice too, if they are not against it )
So if you have 2 accounts you can roleplay yourself
Based on such ideas you can bath your companion )))
But unfortunatly - I do not like how current companions looks like

On the one hand, I really couldn't care less - I almost never use emotes. If people do, more power to them.
On the other hand, I can see all the immature, sexually inept, attention *** finding a way to manipulate the emote for Howard Stern shock value, and looping it over and over in the middle of town simply to annoy and get a reaction. (happens ALL the time). This one vexes me to no end.

That's another ridiculous reasoning. We already have emotes that can be used to do "lascivious" animations with. They mostly just look ridiculous and whenever I've seen them done is because of how silly it looks.
Not that it matters, because this is a mature rated game, taking place in Elder Scrolls. We also have brothels, prostitues, npc more or less giving a sexy dance for another npc etc. It's not a child's game.

Actually, i made a toilet in my chars home from a chair, that works as a chair (you sit in it) it has a lid, the lower bowl rim, and a bucket sitting underneath it. This is exactly what made me bring up this post. Their animations are not lewd, and it is clear they are bathing. Why can't we also have the same animation that our chars can use out in the world, in lakes, under waterfalls etc.

I mean, people can make the argument that ANY and all emotes are "pointless" and "silly", but we still have them anyways. I think I have an emote where I carve a pumpkin which, as cool as it is, is probably a pretty "pointless" thing to have. That doesn't stop me from enjoying it, even though I don't rp anymore.
I don't see why we can't have a bathing emote. The animation clearly already exists in the game (in the possession of the khajiit NPCs), so it's not like they'd have to make one from scratch.
I'm still also wanting the chance to eat while sitting down, like most people in the world do. 4 -

Personally I'd like to see a system implemented that allowed us to add our own emotes, or even body changes for those inclined, as 'mods', for lack of a better word. If people want to shower, let them make it and put them in. If someone else has it they can see others do it, and if they don't, they'll just see them standing still. Same with nudity, or even to just change the colour of the undwear! (What, is there only one maker of pants in the whole of Tamriel??) If some was so inclined for it. Those who want it can see it, those who don't? Makes no differences to them because they can't see it.
Though that's just my own unrealistic dream0 -

They had the campfire memento in the crown store that allows you and your group mates to warm their hands by the fire.0 -
