I can't find where this is mentioned anywhere. I have the achievement with my main, but I have no clue if doing this on other toons does anything.

if you have achievement, you participated in the community event, likely if you already own high isle, you probably already have the achievement unless you bought it and never played there for 3 months lolplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
