Just so I don't waste time on per toon, if it doesn't matter

    It is an achievement, which is account wide, you cannot earn it more than once per account per server.

    You can do it on both the NA and EU servers if you want to, since everyone has access to both. But doing it once should be enough.

    Most people who've completed the High Isle quest line will have already finished the achievement.
    "We have found a cave, but I don't think there are warm fires and friendly faces inside."

    Which is why the progress meter started with 15% already completed...
