Controls not working

Happened a couple of times now. I shrine in from somewhere, and the only buttons that work are the sticks and PS button (using an official dualshock less than a year old). No shoulders, no d-pad, no Options, no big button.

Tried turning the controller off and on. Doesn't help.

Tried mashing buttons like with UI Error. Doesn't work.

Have to turn game off and on as that appears to be the only thing that sorts it.

I don't have a keyboard for my ps4, but thank you, I appreciate the info!

You can press the touchpad and options together to bring up the keyboard to reloadui

Thanks for updating the thread to let us know the controller is now working. We will be closing the discussion since the OP issue has been resolved.
