Playing on PC but using a controller need UI mod

I have tried every “game pad UI mod” and still they are either so buggy the game crashes in one form or another or just terrible. Is there any way to have the PC stock Vanilla UI but be able to use a controller? Man I would pay for that mod.

Hopefully it still works, but it was not updated a longime.
Last ime I heared it works you had to open up inventory after login/reloadui twice and then it worked. Mayeb check the addon comments for hnts of other players, if it still works.1
