After accepting the quest and clearing the way to the next person to talk to (the wife), the quest does not update to return to the quest giver. A few weeks ago this worked fine on another character and had no issues with this in Beta either.

AedanStarfangSoul ShrivenI know this is very old but I found a solution to this problem, you NEED to enter the ruin wearing the disguise all the way to the Envoy's location. Going there without the disguise then changing will not spawn him in.0
