72 Hour ban for being grieved in a Dungeon # 220921-000342

I got a 72 hour ban in a dungeon because I told my Team mates what they have to do to progress the Dungeon (They already did know but where trolling me) SO I called them *** and received for lashing out once a 72 hour ban. I find this is the most unjust ban. I already contacted the customer support, but they don't see any issue with that.
Where are we going with this? Are you not allowed to say anything anymore but People who want to get a reaction out of you can ban you for their mischief??
