How viable is this build post U35?

So I just started this game about 3 weeks ago as an Imperial Dragonknight. I found this video by HTM for hybrid DK soloing pre Update 35.

I'm still farming for the weapons and set armor pieces he has for the solo build. I'm also CP 293 and there's still a LOT I don't know about this game.
My question is whether the build is still very effective for soloing as a hybrid DK after U35.

Although I would maybe change out Stampede for Razor Caltrops for the Major Breach+DoT. It's a way bigger area and the Major Breach combines with everything else for more overall damage. Especially solo where you are unlikely to be near the penetration cap.0 -

Op is already getting aoe major breach from Noxious Breath.
The build will be good but every dot has been nerfed so you're going to lose some DPS. However if you weren't getting the empower buff before you'll actually see your HA numbers go up even with the slight nerf to base damage (80% buff new v 50% old), if you were they'll go down slightly (90% total buff old v 80% new).Edited by Thecompton73 on 7 September 2022 18:240 -

✭✭You could get a lot more damage out of this build if you drop the 2 agility on greatsword for maelstrom 2h if using stampede, master 2h if using brawler, or brp 2h I guess for some aoe on the dizzy. Maelstrom 2h seems best of these choices.
Alternatively, 1 mythic such as sea serpents coil for major berserk + major courage (400+ wd) + 1 trainee would be massive increases to damage over 1750 stam.
If you did this you move 1 bsw to belt, have hexos on front bar weapon (only on 1 bar, it will be fine and easy still to keep uptimes), and then you will be able to fit in the mythic + 1 trainee (replaces 1 of the old hexos body slots)PC NA @gariondavey, BG, IC & Cyrodiil Focused Since October 2017 Stamplar (main), Magplar, Magsorc, Stamsorc, StamDK, MagDK, Stamblade, Magblade, Magden, Stamden0 -

I'll give it a shot. I now have majority of the sets. I'm only missing Burning spellweave ring 2 and inferno staff. It's definitely not as bad as I thought given how U35 nerfed virtually everything. Also, what is penetration cap?0 -

The build is definitely good so far. I love the usage of two bar as it makes the game much more active.
What do you mean by "HA"?0
