Able to mount in keeps and outposts?

Not sure if it's just me or anyone else is experiencing this, but all of a sudden I am able to mount inside keeps and outposts. Not all of them but nearly always I can mount inside sej and bleaks in particular. The first few times I would ride towards the door and enter. Normally this gets you off of your mount when you load in but I'm still mounted. And I noticed today that if I pressed H while inside it would let me mount.
Is this part of a new update or a bug? I submitted a ticket in game too just incase.

✭We've been able to mount in outposts since...always? Has it been always? Seems like always, but I don't remember.1 -
