Again and Again, Dungeon Group Finder Tool

Please ZOS, as a long time player I still do not understand why there is no Group Finder/Creator tool in this game yet. It will improve the gameplay and add much more fun.
Right now we have a wonderfull event is going. But please try yourself, que a random veteran dungeon (HM ?), and make statistics about the players who have no idea what to do or has no skills/CP to complete it. Some people even know they will be carried, because it is too much time consuming to find a replacement.
The fake healer/tank/dd problem can also be prevented by a tool like this.
You can say, people will pick high CP or dungeon achievement owners, others will be left. Nope people will have incentive to increase CP, learn mechanics for achievements (except carry runs),, play normal and advance to veteran.
I hope U36 will have some tool like this...

Ksariyu✭✭✭✭If they felt the card game had enough requests to bother designing and adding, then this feature better be up there too. I see this so many times, and it seems like an obvious improvement over the ever-buggy GF, yet silence as always from the devs. Please ZoS, for once stop relying on your community to do all the work for you and give players the proper tools to play the game as it was intended.1
