Tossing that aside does anyone else find it annoying that both of these deck colors are exactly the same design and color except for the deck type icon on the upper right? This causes you to have to look at each card to see if you have a match. It seems like a glaring oversight in the game design, there ARE other colors to chose from than both red after all.
I do see them as different colors. The Rahjiin deck is more of a rust color, while Pelin is a dark red.
But I completely agree that the colors of the decks are very close to one another and for players with a sight defect or perhaps even playing on lower graphics might not be able to distinguish between them easily.

I am colorblind. I can't tell the difference between the decks.
I swear it feels like ZOS hates me specifically these days.

Could be your monitor too, or its settings.
I see them as different shades of red (Rajhin is more rusty red to me than orange), but they are closer than they could be. I do have my monitor shifted toward the red end of the spectrum to avoid eye strain and sleep cycle disruption, though. I'd favor shifting the Rajhin deck towards a truer or brighter orange. Or maybe they could have made it yellow, which isn't used in by any of the other decks. I've gotten to where I recognize the individual cards, though, so I find it less confusing when both decks are in play in a game.
