Has anyone received the Voidsteel trophy?

I am confused about why I didn't receive the Voidsteel trophy.
I was Rubedite rank last season and received the Rubedite trophy, which is the only one I was awarded during that season.
When the new season started I had to play one unranked game then I was put into the Quicksilver rank. As soon as that happened I received trophies in the mail for Orichalcum, Ebony and Quicksilver, but not Voidsteel.
I thought maybe I had to work my way up to Voidsteel again to get the trophy until I found out my friend, who is Quicksilver rank, has the Voidsteel trophy when I saw it at his house in the ToT room he is decorating. I asked how he had this if he was still just Quicksilver rank this season and he said he received Quicksilver and Voidsteel trophies last season.
I have the achievement for Voidsteel Roister so shouldn't I have received this trophy, too? And if not, why?

Soriana✭✭✭✭✭I received ebony through voidsteel at the beginning of this season, but none for previous seasons.

✭✭✭✭✭I received the first three but not Voidsteel at the beginning of this season. I don't know why they left this one out.
Other players have confirmed they have multiple trophies because they were receiving them last season too, but I never received any except for Rubedite and the ones they mailed me at the start of this season.
Edit: Someone just showed me this which may explain why I didn't receive this trophy. I will keep my fingers crossed that I receive it with the maintenance.

✭✭✭✭✭I am still hoping I will get the trophies I didn't receive last season with the maintenance on the 6th, but in the meantime I reached Voidsteel rank again and this time I did receive my trophy. It looks really good on the mantle in my ToT room with all the others!
