Yes they do, as does training trait and heartland conqueror training weapon. It's always 10% of the total amount you have gained from mob kills. I usually do dolmens and let every last mob drop, it works best with 3-4 players increasing the number of mobs that spawn and gives you enough opportunity to tag them all for kill exp.
