Cannot login to free play?

Hi,
I can't seem to log in to the free play event using a new alt account I created specifically for it. I can log in to the account page online, but when I try logging in to the game client, it says the account is inactive.

I have activated the account via the email etc.

Any ideas?

As far as I know, you have to create the account from the free trial web page. If you already have created the account, or if you create the account separate from that web page, it cannot be used in the free trial.

I just tried creating another account from the Free Play page & it didn't work either.

I've contacted support, who will hopefully help.
