Nearly a week ago I suddenly found that I could not use the guild trader or send mail or trade with other players. This occurred without explanation so I spent a significant amount of time trying to work out which addons were causing the issue.
It was only through extensive searching and communication with other guild members through Discord that I came to realised I'd been hit with a Social Ban.
As a Guild Leader and someone who uses guild traders extensively, this has significantly impacted my ability to play this game.
So I would like you to deal with this issue in a timely manner or at least inform me as to how I may have broken ZOS's terms of service to receive this ban and how long it will continue for. The current manner which you have banned me without any notification is unacceptable.
My account was suspended and I don't receive any information for how long. This is my third ticket, I don't receive any respond. I've bought High Isle chapter, but it seems I will never play it. Please, answer me, what is happening. If suspension is permanent, I want refund. I was suspended for 2 (literally) words in zone chat.
I too *might* of got a social ban, no idea why/whats going on, I made a thread and no one replied. Submitted a ticket via the website. Thoroughly dissapointed in your customer service, though I don't really expect much.
