lightning status no longer applies vulnerability but sets enemies off balance frequently and rarely stuns
ice status applies minor vulnerability and minor brittle
lightning wall of elements drains magicka from enemies
and ice wall of elements drains stamina
drain effects do not stack..
crafted poisons have their damage nerfed by a good amount and have durations extended but no longer cover up a weapons enchantment..

i think this is what they are suggesting should be done with them
for the OP if you wanted them to last longer you could use that one set from high isle that adds +16 sec on the status effects lolplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
