Draw timer needs an urgent re-work

I've lost several matches not because I played badly or was not able to buy good cards and build good decks.

I've lost several matches because the timer finished before I could not finish my draw within the timer. Much time is wasted on futile card play animations too. And this is a bit stupid.

I suggest to not count animation time.

It is really annoying to lose a ranked match because the animations take so long.

I've never had the timer flip over. There is plenty of time to make multiple plays within the 90 seconds.

I think the timer needs to be shorter, and then get extended if the player takes an action. This way turns that are longer because of stuff like crow-combos can be fully played, but also it shortens the wait time when people want to get petulant and try to force out a concede by waiting around.

I think this is a very good proposition. We rather need a timer between interactions (performed interactions. Interactions interrupted by ESC or other should not reset the counter).
