Change is crap but honestly by nerf Hots/heals lets be HONEST... people ment TEMPLAR/RESTRO/DK burst heal. People sometimes don't know what they are writing. For such heals you either remove them or put cooldowns on them...
A hot that requires the caster to be very much below 50% hp to at all be reasonable good heal is such a bad design for pvp, you are basically only gonna have a decent heal when you are in execute range, the problem is...its a hot not a burst heal so its not going to bring you out of execute range so you will be executed.
No point casting it as a HoT and then use burst heal, because once you have casted your burstheal and hopefully made it past the 70% hp mark dark cloak will barely heal you at all. So why slot this skill at all? Its going to be another unused skill for the nb toolkit, sad.
Sorry , I still cannot get the reason why Dev has to nerf Dark Cloak twice .

Just so you understand, NB Tanks don't just stand there "Not Moving" so that extra HoT is damn near worthless. Especially with the newer, awesome, mobile fights in the latest content.
