Does Wretched Vitality not work in No CP Cyrodil and Imperial City?

I'm hoping it works because sustaining on hybrid characters is pretty difficult without it. It seems Stuhn's Favor should also be allowed to work there. I depend pretty hard on crafted sets lol

    no cp IC is also no procs, so anything that doesnt work in no proc cyro, wont work in the no cp IC

    Yeah it would be really nice if bsw, clever alch, wretched vitality, stuhns, ravager, and so on would work in no cp.
    Torc works, after all.

    Yup, bizarre. Master bow did at one point but then they messed it up or something and it was removed from their tiny list they provided ages ago.
    The best source is a list on here by the caper guy or something, he keeps it up to date.
