Posting a 1 hit parse isn't useful.
People will use whatever build deals the most damage, so if the heavy attack build is behind even by 5% they won't be used by end-game players.

I and Others have Posted Heavy attack Parses, some over 100k, some close. But not being used by the end game community isn't a bad thing,
if you can hit 100k on a lightning staff heavy attack DK and someone can hit 115k on a LA weave dk, your not gonna get booted from raid unless your dying to blockable mechanics cuz you didn't want to stop your heavy attack channel.
Honestly, while humorous --- I like the idea of where this is going - albeit the result might need to be tweaked
However, I play a Breton Sorc as my main - double destruction and the Clanfear as my pet to heal -- the flappy is just too big and annoying
I have wanted to have a healing staff on my back bar, and drop the pet since forever --- and now it is actually somewhat viable.
Lightning staff on the front, and healing on the back - I CAN now be the arcane support on a team without being so one dimensional ......
Hopefully they can smooth this out, but for now, I am very amused, and looking forward to where this could go.

That sounds exactly like what normal healers would do for the most part.
