DPS - Stam Nightblade or Stam Dragonknight?

I was curious of people's opinions on which can put out more DPS? And what the pros and cons of both are?

I planned on getting back into ESO, but I wanted people's opinions on how good a Stamina Dragonknight and a Stamina Nightblade can put out in terms of DPS and survival.

    If the next patch goes live as is DK will be nerfed into the ground far more than it even is now, so whatever you pick it shouldn't be that. Take a look at the class abilities section of the patch notes, it's eye-popping and not in a good way.

    pve? pick whatever feels and looks best to you.
    pvp? probably NB given their gank and stealth focus.

    Nightblade all day. Future proof. Nightblade tanks are insane. Play as you like. ZOS loves Nightblade above all class. Entire combat team including head is Nightblade. What else you need?

    Guaranteed crit surprise attack spammable in a direct damage meta.... stamblade

    PTS patch seemingly reflect as such.

    They are probably not Magicka Nightblades... 😅

    Well, Stam Nightblade seems to fall behind on Magicka Nightblade, so I dunno..

    ahmm ... No ...

    MagBlade and MagWarden are arguably the weakest Classes in game. Have been for years, really.
    Both being staple healers, doesn't change that MagBlades have a lot less damage and little to no group utility.

    Too many nerfs in too many patches.

    Magblades were strongest DD in PvE year agou. They get nerfed as all magicka variations did. They are weak but far from weakest.
    PvP - Recruit.
    PvE - Dragon food
    RPG - A guy who thought, that he can defeat daedric prince, yet guards still chase him off when he accidentally touches some object during daily writs.

    Err.. why am I seeing a whole bunch of recent guides stating that MagBlade is one of the strongest classes in the game?

    As the pts patch looks, you are better off as Stamblade unless they basically reverse the changes.
