The development team is making all these new changes to skills, in order to make them easier to keep up in combat. This set is just taking a dump on all the time and effort they've taken to make buffs easier to keep up. "We want you guys to have higher up-times on buffs so you don't have to worry about them so much in combat. Also, here's this new set that removes them every two seconds". With the new Deep Fissures changes, Warden has the potential to remove FOUR Major AND Minor buffs on cooldown with just one skill (2 on the first hit and 2 on the second hit 2 seconds later). The 5-piece bonus needs to change because no amount of cooldown is going to make this a balanced set. And don't go nerfing Deep Fissures just because you want to sell content for this set either.
