After seeing multiple patches with unique additions to the Warden's Cliff Racer, why have the Skulls not seen any sort of similar unique additions to promote their use?
I can't speak as to why they don't get used much in PvE (probably just a matter of lacking in effects or damage), but in PvP they are also extremely easy to avoid as they travel very slow and are easy to spot. Please consider either buffing the travel speed, damage, or adding a unique effect like the cliff racers have gotten. I would love to be able to actually use my class spammable without feeling like I'm gimping myself.
Ignoring the changes on PTS which completely throw out game balance... I’m talking about the version of Flame Skull on LIVE.
The goal should be to have Necros slot Flame Skull instead fo Silver Shards.Imo what needs to be done is
• Venom Skull explodes for 75% of the damage to nearby targets, and applies the Poisoned Status effect to all targets struck. This would let us slot it over Silver Shards.
• Richochet Skull bounces every time you cast it, and it can bounce up to 6 times. If it has already struck all nearby targets, it can return to strike targets which have already been struck, but deals 50% less damage to them each time.
Again, the goal is to make it superior in its own way to Silver Shards.
