Tales of tribute master now unobtainable

According to the most recent patch notes the tales of tribute master achievement now correctly requires all component achievements to be unlocked. However the Saint Pelin card 'legions arrival' is still unobtainable meaning that the achievement for collecting all saint pelin upgrades is impossible along with card connoisseur and also tribute master.

I completed the last achievements for Tribute Master except for the card connoisseur after the patch dropped, and I didn't get the tribute master achievement. Really a pity, I'd like that achievement and the nice rewards for it.

I don't have all the cards upgraded yet, missing a few, but if Pelin is impossible to complete anyway, I feel there's not much point going out of my way to find the last few clues either.

That's what you get for paying for a product and expecting it to work. A month (2 patches) later you still can't obtain the card upgrade because not a single person in the chain of command did the math to figure out that you can't get 8 rank up rewards if you only rank up 7 times. Best you get is an acknowledgement that it's unobtainable in the support page, where you have to know to search for the issue there specifically. With no ETA given, there's no guarantee that it will be fixed in the next incremental patch or even when the next DLC comes out.

Not to mention a large amount of other bugs that haven't even been acknowledged, missing clarification on rules, how ranking works and questionable design choices.

And here I thought it was intended that you get the achievement without card conniseur because of the problems with "legion's arrival" and was happily surprised for once that they did a "fix" until the card is obtainable...
Seems like it was yet another thing overlooked.

The legion's arrival card clue is now obtainable via reward bags on PTS servers, and they changed the card to actually be an upgrade when compared to reinforcements now too!
