IDK if it's a bug or by design but the current event's High Rock Spellsword style's chest piece makes your weapons disappear and they're replaced by what looks like a rolled-up sleeping bag. I can't recall other styles hiding weapons like this and am still undecided about whether I like it or not.
It's a fairly attractive style just with that oddity.

✭✭Some costumes hide weapons and I recall the first one to have that feature was in reality bugged (cue "it's a feature, not a bug" meme) and somehow gave people an unfair advantage in PvP. Devs clearly didn't like that and they removed the costume from the game until they fixed the problem.
When I look at that bag, what comes to mind is this scene:

There's a costume (Dungeon Explorer) that hides your shield when your weapons are sheathed. (Originally, when it released, there was a bug that would cause the player to become invisible instead, resulting in the costume being temporarily disabled while the bug was fixed.)
There's also the Gloambound weapons. These are a slightly different case, as they technically self conceal when sheathed.
My biggest gripe with the Spellsword outfit is, if you use a bow, the quiver clips through the bag while the bow is out. It'd be nice if the quiver continued to hidden while the bow was drawn, or if the quiver caused the bag to temporarily hide.4 -
