Infinite Loading after Login, before character Selection

Hello,
So as my title says, this has happened with my game even after multiple times uninstall, fresh reinstall, even did a fresh install of the PTS, and still it's the ouroboros in the bottom right corner that is infinite. No I don't have any addons, or player variables all empty in Documents folder. This is a fresh install of the PTS never before played on this Windows machine, and still having the same issue as the Live server. Please fix your patch.
Note: Yesterday I installed the game after not playing for a whole year, worked fine, didn't put any addons, just played, worked fine, patched today, and now this bug happen

ZoosSoul ShrivenUpdate: After 50 minutes of the infinite loading screen, it kicks me with error 308 " Inactive " . I really cannot find what the culprit is, my network is good, the game eats like 20% of my CPU and 80% GPU during this infinite loading screen. Also after about 10 minutes the music starts to become really loud and warp, but the character selection menu never pops up. I have tried running the game in Admin mode, x64 and x86, changed graphics. Nothing seems to work.0
