Board not opening

Twice in a row today I have attempted to start a game though the activity finder. Both times the board has not even opened and I am only given the option of conceding the match to get control back of the game. I then have to suffer the 10 minute deserter penalty. This is very poor design

    This is getting worse. It now requires logging out of the game completely in order to get out of the match. Whatever fix was put in place has just made it worse . . .

    Update: I think this only happens when in the gaming room with the daily quest givers in Gonfalon Bay

    I'm not sure about this, I'm always standing in the lobby when I play and to this point, it has not happened to me yet.

    I get it about 50% of games now since the last maintenance
