Not getting rank points for wins against NPCs (Tales of Tribute)

This has started since today's maintenance, I'm getting nothing for winning Cards Across the Continent games against NPCs.
No longer able to progress ToT in this way.

im not sure if it continues giving you rank xp if you are already at the max of rank 8plays PC/NA

Oddemus✭✭This is a known issue. The solution they added was adding <Novice> or <Expert> depending on what level you are. Since they added the ranks on the NPCs, I haven't had that issue. It's SUPER annoying, though.0 -

I dislike the subdivision of categories like this, I feel as though topics get less attention as a result.
In terms of the actual issue, I am rank 3 which is still novice and am being given novice matches when I play against NPCs for Cards Across the Continent. A lot of the time not getting any points for wins in those games. It is grindy enough as it is to rise through the ranks, without sometimes not getting any points added to rank.
The ranks on the NPCs were there week one on the PTS so I am not sure what that has to do with it.
