    I honestly don't care what they have to say at this point, it'll be another lie, and their toxic positive fanbase will lick it up and bash us to be quiet because we're being mean expecting a large award winning game studio to be able to deliver simple things. :(

    I just want to know why nothing(that I've seen) has been said. There has to be someone(besides the mods snipping and closing threads) working weekends. Do the forum mods not relay the message that a 13 page thread is running on performance issues? Do they not have a way to communicate to upper management? Is it just Mondays problem? Did I miss an announcement yesterday? I'm confused

    In my years of experience dealing with these people, they tend to bury their head in the sand under the guise of "collecting data". I remember way back when, when the game was originally sub only, and they refused to help some Oceanics get into the game because THEIR payment system wouldn't accept our money - But they wouldn't refund the game for us either. We could only buy time cards from the local video stores, which were always sold out and we had no way of getting a sub any other way. Someone found a work around, and as a last ditch effort a few of us tried to HELP ZOS, and tell them about it, hoping they'd finally listen to us and help us and work with us to try allow us into the game. Instead, they allowed the exploit to get into the paid servers to stay around for almost a year and they ignored us entirely.

    They don't have a very good communications record. I thought the entire point of a mod team/forum team was to keep in touch with us. One comment isn't really keeping in touch with us, and they have said nothing about the further issues that are still happening, and said nothing about the maintenance either. All it would take is a "thanks guys, we're continuing to look into this, we don't know anything atm, but we'll post again soon" and 90% of us would be happy and shut up.

    In a bid for them to save face as a company, their actually making themselves look more and more dormant. I am -terrified- to log into my main, who is my ONLY crafter, what do I do if I get locked out of her? Im in the process of making builds for the toons I have levelled during the event, and in the process of redoing almost all my builds. If I cant craft anything because I get locked out of her, what am I supposed to do? Load screens were fine last night for me, but others were complaining in zone, and group finder is still acting strange to my knowledge (tho I haven't bothered to queue, since the other day was so horrific for me).

    We were promised more communication, even if the answer is "nothing new to report", that's still an answer.

    Tonight so far has been alright, haven't tried group finder yet.
    My friends toons were unlocked after 15hrs or so.
    Load screens moving faster, some chat delay, but thats minor.

    Turns out, no. It's not a Monday thing. All that I've seen is the announcement for the Jubilee event (which is shorter than last year) and the preview. I genuinely don't complain much (first time posting on the forums actually) and even was completely understanding of there being issues with the AWA rollout.

    However, not what has been happening, but the handling of it all, has made me really start to lose interest in the game. 5 exp scrolls for missing nearly a week was meh, whatever. Then after that whole experience to then not relay information about why we lost another day, much less make it up in any way? Just a "hey here's some information on what happened" would go a long way. Simply showing you care enough about the player base to even communicate a little outside of the patronizing "some people seem to be having problem" while it's happening.

    I dont know if you guys are still monitoring this thread periodically, However I have another (assumingly tied to) issue to report.

    Multiple people complaining of stuttering in the game world. Myself included. PC/NA (from 6pm -9pm so far for me NZST 05/04/2022)

    I myself am based in NZ, I thought it was my bad weather, but my internet is fine and I have been monitoring my CPU usage as Im playing because the stuttering is near constant once every 2 minutes, if not sooner. Someone else, playing from America is reporting the exact same sort of thing but on a lesser scale in game. Everything else appears to be working fine except that. Load screens are now faster again for me, But this constant game freeze stutter is rather annoying. It's acting as tho it crashes for a moment and then is back. Again, I have checked my connection, the only thing I can -see- happening is me being near anything to do with moving effects (water/dolmens/and extreme weather changes in game)

    Also: Audio stuttering and cutting out, in overworld and dungeons. Not just me.

    We were promised more communication, even if the answer is "nothing new to report", that's still an answer.

    A lot of us exhausted ourselves around this point over the last 3 months. Nothing materialized.

    If their hard line is community mismanagement, you can't do anything about that, aside from personal choices on how you value your time.

    I've been saying the same thing since launch. I will continue to badger and annoy. :D I am as stubborn as a mule, being silent, is letting them win.

    As the servers seem to stabilize I'm seeing a new issue. The Launcher's PLAY button is taking forever to appear sometimes. It just seems to hang without a PLAY button for up to 2 minutes.

    (humming Simon & Garfunkel) Slow down, you're loading too fast.... Gotta make the lagfest last.... Just kicking down the cobblestone.... Looking for fun and feeling moody!

    Of course, I'd like to feel groovy and have other moments last... not the loadscreens or the moments awaiting a loadscreen. :)

    I've been having the stuttering and random load screens since the U33 drop. Some days it is better than others but today was probably the worst where I was getting load screens not only in the event cities but also in the open world riding to event delves. It is getting to the point where between the stuttering and load screens the game is becoming unplayable.

    This is happening to me right this minute. As soon as I start to have issues in the last few weeks check the forum. Very helpful seeing it is not just on my end. But these constant problems are getting old.

    I just had the longest 1sec queue of my life.. It was more like 15 min and still hadn't logged in :(

    Yeah I've run into that too. I think the 1 second must be in some alternate instance of the multiverse where 1 second there is a much larger random amount of time here.

    If I get into a queue, I just exit out, sometimes it is endless so just reload and it works most of the time guys.

    And that is your prerogative :) I will continue to hold them accountable via bug reports and forum posts (and withholding my crown purchases and pre orders). We all have our own ways of showing our dissatisfaction, and they both merge into eventually, either we are ignored forever, or there is change. Either way, that is an ending.

    I dont know if this helps anyone, But I had a windows update happen and it completely messed with my entire system, my stuttering has seemed to go away since I went through and fixed everything (though this is last night, no telling if it helped the game today still.) It was a Cloud sync update, Im not gonna pretend I know more than the average nerd about this stuff, but I had an issue where there was green check marks all over everything, I cleared that up - and did a full restart/clean up and suddenly ESO stopped stuttering (last night). Might help for someone else. Ofc this wont help if it is entirely a game issue at a prime time somewhere, Last night was -not- prime time for anyone and I was still struggling constantly until I did that.

    The fake queue bug is a thing still for launcher, and I am getting hit with the "click play fast or be forced to close the launcher or be stuck on repair" bug.
