ZOS: Did you intentionally change the way tooltips would come up for addons?

2 addons that no longer have tooltips are Mer Character Sheet and The Elder Bar Reloaded.
One author speculated that it was the way ZOS changed layers, making a texture higher than the item.
Not sure this is a good idea if it was intended, but it is a bug if it was not intended.

Baertram✭✭✭✭✭Yes, they did, but not for tooltips only, but all controls in order to make the new card gaem work properly.
Their own vanilla code and addon code needs to be adopted, like described here:

✭✭✭✭✭i think i noticed this on awesome guild store when trying to click the button to use the price data for an item, it seems off by a bit but only when selecting a single item for sale, on stacks of items it works fineplays PC/NA
