Don't forget how necro healers in ball groups can now spam rez ulti, as if they weren't hard enough to kill.

It eats resources? Sure, but it also restores them on most classes, and you won't run stat-restoring skills on oaken bar.

But you have to have the skill to keep those up, to time it with your windows.
For instance, I am not a tanky small scaler, if we are fighting out numbered and I don't keep my buffs up, don't watch my resources, I am killable.

I could however one bar and run NB heal Ult or Resto Ult depending on which Class, and be much harder to kill, maybe even impossible to kill if I build for that.

It's not all about the DPS.
It's also about fighting 4vXX, and killing them but the Necro keeps rezzing, or they keep spamming resto ult, etc.

That's what I mean... take away major heroism and everybodys pleased bc with one bar you still have to sacrifice something to take advantage of all buffs provided. And in a group scenario you want to run resto on backbar for cross heal stacking anyway, no need for a pocket healer when everybody stacks RR.

You can gain a lot with this ring but also lose a lot. So I think its an interesting and fun item.

Wrong: Major Force, Major Berzerk, and Major Heroism make this ring superior. Templars/ Sorcs hit insanely hard with the correct build and saw a 15k Power of the light last night. People are going high as they can in crit/crit damage.
