Cards Across the Continent Bugged (Western Skyrim)

For the daily Cards Across the Continent, that takes you from Northern Elsweyr to Western Skyrim, there's 2 proficient players, one stuck in a table, one novice that doesn't count towards progress for my daily, and no expert player. Cannot progress the quest further, thus, losing two days worth of achievement progression for completing this quest. Anyone else have this issue? There's NO expert, so nothing would count for me, anyway!

Gundug✭✭✭✭✭I know about the tavern with the NPC stuck in the table. It’s hard to see how that could have made it to the live game. If you have another character available, you should be able to get them ready to play and earn the daily credit through them.0 -

Yeah, it's the Inn in Solitude, I came across those too - that table has no expert player as far as I remember, just a novice and 2 proficient ones, one of them stuck in the table.0 -

It seems for this one the chances of it being something different are lower than others, usually if I abandon and retake, it's still this damn quest. And if I get a share, and they have, say Auridon as their first go? I get Northern Elsweyr. It's frustrating.0 -

1 Novice, 2 Proficient. I'm Expert level so I can't even play against the novice to get the quest completion.0
