Meme builds

What kind meme build you have either heard of or came up with?

It doesn't has to be of any use, just ridiculous

Heard about NB tank that went for max health build going up in the +70k hp pool

I came up with a mass mitigation build

-Reaveling flare + temporal guard = passive minor/major protection

-Iron blood set unique 30% mitigation

-Deliberation passive + meditation for health regen = 30% unique mitigation when healing

-Slap on top NB's Mirage for major evasion and minor resolve alongside immovable for major resolve and to hit the 96% block mitigation cap

Oh my, meme/themed builds is what I do. I have too many of those.
A lot of those are well known niche themed builds, like frost warden or fire dot DK with elf bane. Some of the more unique, not as common:

    - Hyperpetsorc: Morkuldin backbar, Defiler frontbar, Maw monster, piece of trainee, mythic (fete/markyn), obviously atro ulti and both pets, less obviously ball morph of streak (it is targetable!). Seen someone on here on forums with something extremely close.

    - "Necromancer" necromancer: backbar decisive Hanu's on resto with reanimate blastbones ulti, frontbar charged shalk's, baron zaudrus, perals mythic and piece of trainee, spirit mastery CP for in between manual rezes. Rez all the zergs!
    -
    - Actual Shapeshifter - Necro nord with shapeshifter mythic, Goliath on backbar, Werewolf on frontbar. Backbar usually Trickery snb with decisive sword, monster set bloodspawn or balorgh, piece of trainee and anything good damage for frontbar (or champion of the hist/shalk's for full meme).

    - Alchemy freak... actually a lot of variations here, base here is well know alchemist combo of Nightblade and Argonian for potion passives. And then, full time drinker: Backbar BOTH Clever Alchemist and Iron Flask on DW or SnB, potion cooldown glyphs, but no infused trait (gimping damage too much), instead bloodthristy or max resource. Any frontbar arena weapon and monster set of choice, double dot poison frontbar, 7 different potions in quickslots... Second build balanced between poisons and potions: frontbar Assassin's guile with max effect poison (3 negative 3 positive), backbar clever alchemist, mythic-trainee-monster. Third, full poison: again assassin's guile front, legacy of karth or witch knight always active backbar arena weapon, monster set or mythic + 1 piece

    - Berserk: very plain and simple, stage 3 vampire orc, pariah (always active), titanborn (always active), zoal. Actually pretty good. Thinking of trying sea serpent coil here instead of zoal. But memier version of this character, "I want to break free": Reactive armor, Zoal, Unchained agrressor, unstoppable brute heavy armor ability, all the CP relevant to breaking free and crowd control immunity.

    - Vampire hunter "Blade": Vampire nightblade, frontbar Sentry, Oblivion's foe, Balorgh, camo hunter slotted. Proc sentry while cloaked, walk up to another cloaked vampire nightblade, cast soul assault cry because your 112k damage tooltip results in 900dps.

    - All oblivion damage in game: Knight slayer infused shock staff with oblivion damage glyph (infused to proc it more often, won't increase damage), sload's, occult overload CP. Well, that is it. So bad too!

Uh, that should be enough for now.

Snipe snipe- my favorite DPS by far is the bow bow wood elf nightblade, using everything a bow has to offer. Endless hail/ acid spray/ magnum shot to throw enemies off edges/ lethal arrow / assassins scourge/ killers blade/ dark shade/ twisting path. It’s very effective in spite of the bad rep bow builds had years ago. I’ve seen a couple tanks drop throughout the years at the start of a dungeon when they noticed I was spamming acid spray, but that turned out to be no problem at all because of my next build

Snipe snipe tank- same as above but I slot the ranged taunt, use more vigor, block sometimes or roll dodge sometimes. This is can get through pretty much all the non dlc dungeons

Ambush tank- My first tank years ago was my nightblade in medium armor (original Pelinals armor because I wanted my weapon and spell damage to be the same), maxed out mitigation with the help of a monster set. I was tired of friends aggroing everything too soon, so I would set endless hail over a group, jump into crowds of mobs with ambush, then twisting path, poke things with pierce armor and self healing with sap essence. It was supposed to be a damage dealing hybrid tank, I very badly wanted hybrid to work when pelinals came out, but it wasn’t much damage years ago. Now it would probably be amazing in pretty much any other gear with the new hybrid system

Yep. Warden tanks running Warrior Poet set from Vvardenfell was a thing for a while when that DLC came out. Every warden tank was running around with close to 70k HP

What was a meme though were the health recovery builds you could cobble together before they nerfed health recovery in PVP.

I once built a health recovery tank that had around 60K HP, and fully procced around 6K health recovery. The thing was nearly unkillable but also did no damage. Was very annoying to fight against as it had a ton of snares and stuns.

I had a similar build put together shortly after morrowind dropped, with Morkuldin, Defiler, and Maw. With everything proccing right, and all pets out, you could have 6 pets out at once. I could go and sit at a world boss and only drop storm attro, wall of elements, and occasional healing, and my pets would kill everything.

You can probably actually make this build even better now with the number of pet like sets added since morrowind.

Well also at that time Arctic Blast's damage scaled with Max Health. So you just drop Gripping Shards (which also scales with Health) and Arctic Blast and just shred people. It was pretty crazy.

Also Deep Fissure had a stun built in so it got a little crazy.

Was actually talking about one in a Guild Discord so why not. It's called "Attachment Issues" and it requires the following:

Necro mandatory with both Mystic/Det and Tether/Coil
    5pc Bani's
    2pc Zaan's/Scourge
    Vate Destro AND Resto
    3pc Vengeance Leech

I had a templar vamp mist tank with only 37K health but 38K resistances and over 7K health recovery plus all magic cost reduction on the jewelry so mist form cost like 310 per second. Since I was getting 242 per second back from channeled focus I could stay in mist for 15+ minutes at a time and run around rocks and trees as the group chasing me got bigger and bigger, then I'd pop out and fear 15-20 at a time with Turn Evil before going back into mist form. When I finally ran low on magic I'd just stop and hold block on my sword and board until my magic bar was full again then it was back to freely misting around. I really miss that build, I'd do it for hours sometimes just laughing my ass off the whole time.
Block tanks are still a thing in PvP but are no fun in comparison since they're just stuck in one spot doing nothing but block casting buffs and heals for themselves.
