Can we build a deck more than once?

I completed the Ansei deck yesterday, then today I found a fragment again. Do we build this deck more than once?

✭I think we can not because i still have the regular Indrik fragments in my Collections Menu and it does not let me make another one. Since deck fragments are also under Collections Menu i believe they are coded same way.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭even if you collected all the fragments again, it wouldnt let you combine them
one of the fragments comes from one of the story quests, i do not know if you could get that a 2nd time running another character through the story anywayplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

✭✭✭✭✭i havent been trying to collect them either, at least 3 of them come from basic activities such as WBs, delve bosses, and volcanic vents which usually happen while doing daily questsplays PC/NA
