How do I check which cards are remaining for the Ansei Tales of Tribute (ToT) Deck?

I have collected a few before but when I go to the ToT cards section none of the Ansei cards are lit up to show I own them. Maybe it wasn't the Ansei cards that I got? Can anyone tell me how to check

I’m wondering if what you’ve collected are deck FRAGMENTS…in your collections menu, under Fragments, it shows two decks we get by first collecting their fragments then combining them into a deck?

Once you get all 5 fragments you need to click one and the fragments combine to form the deck.
